Indoor Sales at Acad Systems is a phone-based seat with existing customers. You reach out for renewal orders of their software subscription and you tell them about our promotions and activities. That is different from Customer Success (adoption, workshops, CRM journey, Helpdesk with Application Engineers) and different from Sales Executive (developing the market, presenting, and closing new business, with your own transport).

The candidate is required to reach out to our existing customers:

• For renewal orders of their existing software subscription
• To inform customers of our promotions and activities

• A diploma or certificate in any field
• Good telephone communications skills
• Pleasant personality
• Hardworking and ambitious
• Able to use the computer for daily tasks (email, Excel, Word)
• Good organizational skills and a sense of urgency toward task completion
• One to two years of working experience is preferable

Apprentice positions are available if you do not meet the minimum requirements.

Base at Ampang (Kuala Lumpur) or Seberang Jaya, Penang. Hybrid 3 office / 2 work-from-home, depending on the situation.

• Full-time. Hybrid: 3 days in office and 2 days work from home, depending on the situation.
• Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, or until urgent jobs are completed.
• Smart casual dress code.
• Indoor work with occasional customer meetups on site.
